Knotty Electrics will accept any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee.  All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless there is a shipping error.

Any items returned in used condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with return shipping charges the responsibility of the recipient.  Returns of used products will be subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 50% of the purchase price.  Items must be free of any damage, include all original packaging/accessories/manuals and have less than 50 kms total odometer usage to be accepted.

All Certified Factory Refurbished or Open Box items are a FINAL SALE, ineligible for return or exchange.  

Items sold as FINAL SALE carry a 30 day defective warranty.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Knotty Electrics for all cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other cases including buyer remorse, return costs will be the responsibility of the shipper. 

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received. Knotty Electrics is not responsible for any losses or damages during the return.
